Space Availability - John T. Richardson Library

In accordance with the University’s COVID Guidance, masks will be recommended, but not required, for most Library spaces, including group study spaces.
Masks will continue to be required in classrooms and labs. External organizers hosting an event, workshop or meeting in library spaces will be responsible for setting and enforcing mask expectations among their group.

Media Studios

 

The studios include seating for 1 to 2 people. All studios include MacPros with speakers and single or double screens conducive to video and sound editing.

Studio E (also known as the Usability Studio) is for observation/recording of up to 3 people interacting with computers in a controlled environment.

Cameras, keyboards, analog media players and other hardware can be attached to workstations to serve different purposes such as sound or video recording, presentation practice, podcasting, digitization, and digital preservation. Headphones and microphones can be checked out from Access Services on the first floor.
