Space Availability - John T. Richardson Library

In accordance with the University’s COVID Guidance, masks will be recommended, but not required, for most Library spaces, including group study spaces.
Masks will continue to be required in classrooms and labs. External organizers hosting an event, workshop or meeting in library spaces will be responsible for setting and enforcing mask expectations among their group.

These spaces are are for group study only, not for individual use.

Richardson Library has rooms and tables that can be reserved for group work or study.

Group Study Rooms

Simple, enclosed meeting spaces seating up to 10 in the Richardson library.

Group Work Tables

These workstations are media:scape tables and are located on the first and second floors. They include one Windows computer, but users can also plug in their own devices to the tables such as laptops and tablets. Learn more.

 

Instructions

  • Rooms are booked in 30-minute time slots, up to two hours
  • Rooms can be booked up to two weeks in advance
  • Subject to general and group study room reservation policies
