Description

Note that technology in Library Meeting and Conference Rooms is supported by IS Classroom Support. Near each room's podium is a wall-mounted phone with their office on speed dial, and IS staff should be able to arrive within 15 minutes.

This large conference room can comfortably seat up to 30 people, providing table space for everyone, and up to 50 with alternative arrangements. The room includes two large screens, one very large white board and markers, a smaller, movable white board, and a podium laptop. A PC laptop cart is available upon request.

The furniture is configured in a large U-shape, as shown in the photo to the left. If a different configuration is requested, 1 week’s notice is needed and details need to be provided when reserving.

This Zoom+ room is reserved for library instruction and library events. Limited booking may be available to faculty and staff for campus events and other purposes.

Use the "Go to Date" to select the date of your event,  then use the dropdown listbox to change the default reservation length.
