For DePaul Faculty and Staff:
Special Collections and Archives will continue to support teaching and learning during Summer and Fall quarters 2020 with online sessions. We will partner with faculty to develop course-specific instruction using digital surrogates from our collections. To streamline the integration of digitized primary sources into the D2L course, the librarian or archivist you are partnering with should be added as a TA.
Special Collections and Archives staff will review your request and contact you to schedule a planning meeting.
To schedule a synchronous or asynchronous session we will need at least three weeks advance notice to accommodate the planning and preparation required for online courses. For an asynchronous session, please select the month and date content will be delivered to students.
- Select the month and date using the calendar.
- Select the time. Time slots are in 30 minute increments.
- Complete the request form. Please provide alternative dates in a case your first choice is not available.
