For DePaul Faculty and Staff:
Special Collections and Archives collaborates with faculty and staff to develop course-specific instruction sessions.
We will review your request and contact you to schedule a planning meeting to review learning objectives, relevant collections, primary source analysis activities, and assignments.
To schedule a class session we will need at least three weeks advance notice to accommodate the planning and preparation required.
- Select the month and date using the calendar.
- Select the time. Time slots are in 30 minute increments.
- Complete the request form. Please provide alternative dates in a case your first choice is not available.
A note about Immersion Week:
Special Collections and Archives is happy to work with Chicago Quarter classes during Immersion Week, so long as requests for instruction are made by Friday, July 29, 2022.
A note about availability:
All instruction requests are subject to Special Collections and Archives staff availability and instruction requests are considered in the order in which they are received.
