The following meeting spaces are available at Richardson Library:
JTR103
This Zoom+ room is reserved for library instruction and library events. Limited booking may be available to faculty and staff for campus events and other purposes. Reservable by current faculty and staff only.
JTR105
This Zoom room reserved for small meetings. Reservable by current faculty and staff only.
JTR206
This is a small group meeting room seating 12 with resident computer, laptop plug in, and digital panel for group presentation. Also includes white board and fabric pin walls for brainstorming and display of non-digital content. Reservable by current faculty and staff only.
JTR207
A community event, teaching, and workshop space to discuss topics such as digital mapping, text and data mining, 3-D modelling, and data visualization. It seats up to 30 people and tables may be reconfigured. Reservable by current faculty and staff only.
JTR300 Aspasia LeCompte Room
A large room with projector screen and PC. Reservable by student organizations, staff and faculty. (Not reservable for student study groups)
JTR400 Dorothy Day Room
A large room without any technology for presentations (will be available soon.) Reservable by student organizations, staff and faculty. (Not reservable for student study groups)
Reservation Policies
- Reservation requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
- Rooms are booked in 30-minute time slots, up to four hours
- Subject to general and meeting space room reservation policies
Instructions
Use the "Go to Date" to select the date of your event. Use the grid to select your starting time, then use the dropdown list box to change the default reservation time.
